The Pride Program is a multi-disciplinary program across the Einstein Healthcare Network to provide LGBTQ+ healthcare. We have Pride program providers in primary care, adolescent medicine and pediatrics, behavioral health, obstetrics and gynecology, plastic surgery, physical, occupational, and voice therapy, and endocrinology. At the Einstein Pride Program we follow WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) Standards of Care and use an informed consent model of care. This means that your healthcare needs and decisions are made by you every step of the way. Our providers work to meet your needs and assist you in making informed decisions about your own health and wellbeing. We also strive to remove barriers to care through advocating for your needs across Einstein’s Healthcare network and attempting to interrupt systemic and institutionalized oppression, racism, homophobia and transphobia in the field of healthcare.
